My wife (16+ yrs experience, Chester UK) does flawless BIAB & lash tints, but only working 15-20 hours of a 35-hour week. How do we market an introverted nail tech?

Her issue isn't her skill; she is a classic introvert who hates pushing herself on social media.

always on

What a month contains

Four sources feed the calendar and nothing else does: your website, your search work, your AI search work, and news you have a genuine view on.

Posts drawn from your own pages

Eight, twelve or twenty a month depending on the tier, across one, two or three platforms. A long article yields three or more without being repeated word for word: the finding as an infographic, the argument as a caption, the paragraph a buyer needs quoted straight.

An always-on campaign

The work of a social advertising agency sits inside every tier rather than beside it. Organic social media for a small business with no paid distribution is posting into a room with nobody in it.

Produced and published here

Written, designed, scheduled and posted to the accounts you hold. You see the month before it goes out and approval sits with you.

What is not included, permanently

No photography and no videography of products, ever. It is outside this service at any price, not a gap we are working on. No inbox, no direct messages and no comment replies. No influencer work. No standalone organic accounts: social here is content marketing and paid campaigns, a channel for sales, leads or donations, nothing else.

The delivery

How the social work unfolds

Social is the newest thing we do, and this page says so plainly. Here is what a month actually contains.

  1. Month one

    The plan, honestly

The first month settles voice, cadence and the platforms worth your time, not every platform there is. We would rather do two channels properly than five thinly, and we say so before any content exists.

  2. Month one

    Research before posting

The same buyer research the rest of our work runs: what your customers ask, in their own words, on the platforms they actually use. Posting without it is filling a calendar.

  3. Monthly

    Content from the long work

Each long article yields three or more posts, so the feed is fed by real work rather than filler. The writing runs on AI agents under supervision, and every post is read by a person before it goes out.

  4. Always on

    The campaign

An always-on paid campaign runs inside every tier, with ad spend from £250 a month paid direct to the platform, never taken as a percentage. The fee is the fee.

  5. Monthly

    Read, then adjust

What got read, saved and clicked steers the next month. We are stepping into this world ourselves, which is why the pricing sits where it does next to established firms, and why nothing here is oversold.

The work

Recent work

Real clients, shown as they are, with outcomes only where they can be cited. Drag through, or open one.

Said plainly: social media is newer work for us than search or websites, so most of what follows is search and websites. It is also why social is priced where it is.

The prices

What social marketing services cost

Social media agency packages here are an addition to an active SEO, AI search or website engagement, because every post is extracted from that work. Pick your platforms from the eleven we publish to, listed in the answers below. An always-on paid social campaign runs inside all three; the ad budget is yours, paid direct to the platform.

Charities, nonprofits and community projects can have this work free. Here is what that covers.

Hire someone, or use a social advertising agency?

A hire costs a salary before pension, software and cover. An outsourced freelancer is cheaper by the hour, and the brief, the judgement and the joining up all stay with you. A plan is one figure, and everything on it comes included.

A junior marketing hire

£30,201

  • Salary, before everything below it
  • Pension on top, about £719 a year at the statutory minimum
  • One skill set, learning on your time
  • Holiday, sickness and notice periods
  • Recruitment fees and ramp-up time

Average UK marketing executive salary, from 6,200 reported salaries. Indeed, August 2026. Pension at the statutory 3% employer minimum on qualifying earnings, The Pensions Regulator, 2026 to 2027.

An outsourced freelancer

$15 to $45 an hour

about £11 to £33 an hour in sterling

  • Genuinely cheaper by the hour
  • You write the brief, and you check the work
  • One task at a time, in one discipline
  • A different time zone, and no cover if they move on

Typical hourly range for digital marketers on Upwork, from historical contracts worldwide. Upwork, checked August 2026. Converted at $1.3466 to £1, the Bank of England spot rate for 6 August 2026. A rate that moves is part of what a dollar-priced hour costs a UK buyer.

A pomegranate plan

from £245 /month

  • Content marketing
  • Always-on campaigns
  • Design assets
  • Senior work from the first month
  • Everything explained in plain English
  • No recruitment, no notice period
  • Scales up or down month by month

Not sure which of the three fits? A conversation settles it

Who does the work

One person and a set of AI agents, and honesty about which does what. It is also the answer to how the pricing stays where it is.

  • The writing and the code

Claude Code, an AI coding agent, writes the pages, the copy and the changes, and ships them. Every line is read and signed off by a person before it goes live.

  • The pictures

Images come from gpt image 2, called by Claude Code. Words in pictures are typeset separately in real fonts, so an image model never writes the words.

  • The research

Research fans out across many opencode subagents reading search data, forums and competitors at once. The reading is delegated; every judgement stays human.

Karim scopes the work, reviews it and signs off everything that ships, from a studio in Walthamstow. The tools do the volume, a person does the judgement, and some of these worlds we are stepping into ourselves.

A written audit, free

Where you stand, what is holding you back, and what a sensible month of work looks like. In writing, within a working day, and no call required.

The process

How working together runs

  1. The source

    Month one

No separate discovery. The calendar is read off the search or website work already running.

  2. The extraction

    Monthly

Each long article yields three or more posts: infographics, brand assets, and copy from the page itself.

  3. The posting

    Ongoing

Scheduled and published across the platforms in scope, after you have seen the month.

  4. The campaign

    Always on

A paid campaign runs in every tier. The spend is yours and goes direct to the platform.

This is not for you if

  • Your buyers are not on social media at all. Some trades sell entirely through referral, search and the phone, and a feed would be a cost with no route to a customer.
  • You want the inbox handled. That is community management, and it is not sold here at any price.
  • You have no other work running with us. There would be nothing to extract from, and the service would quietly turn into invention.

SMM marketing agency, and the rest of the jargon

Plain English over industry speak, always. These are the technical terms this page could not avoid.

Reach
How many separate accounts saw a post at least once.
SMM
Short for social media marketing. An SMM marketing agency and a social media agency are the same thing; the initialism turns up in software and job ads more than in conversation.
Impressions
How many times a post was displayed, including repeat views by the same person.
Engagement
Likes, comments, shares and saves. Engagement rate expresses those against reach.
Boosting
Putting money behind a single post so the platform shows it to a defined audience. The simplest form of paid social.
Always-on campaign
A paid campaign running continuously at a modest budget rather than in bursts, so there is always distribution behind the month's posts.

Straight answers

Still not answered? There is a person at the other end

Do you take photos or video of our products?

No, and not at any price. It is outside this service permanently, not a gap we are working on, and it will not be arranged for you either. This is not a video marketing agency: nothing is filmed here, and no shoot is booked on your behalf. What the posts are made from instead is your own material: infographics, brand assets and copy drawn from the pages your other work already produces.

Which platforms do you post on?

Eleven to choose from: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Snapchat and your Google Business profile. One, two or three of them depending on the tier, picked with you from where your buyers actually are. We publish to the accounts you hold, and you keep them. Messaging inboxes are deliberately not on that list, because a broadcast into one invites a reply, and replies sit outside every tier.

Campaigns worth studying, and why

Can I buy social media on its own?

No. It attaches to an active SEO, AI search or website engagement, because that work is where every post comes from. Four sources feed the calendar and nothing else does: your website, your search work, your AI search work, and news you have a genuine view on. Without one of those running there would be nothing to extract from, and the service would quietly turn into invention.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

No. Community management sits outside every tier, and the conversations in your accounts stay yours. No inbox, no direct messages and no comment replies, at any price. What we do instead is write, design, schedule and publish the month's posts to the accounts you hold. You see the month before it goes out and approval sits with you, so nothing appears in your feed that you have not read first.

Is the ad budget included in the fee?

No. It is separate, paid direct to the platform, and we never take a percentage of it. £250 a month is the minimum we will run a campaign on, and £500 a month or more is what we suggest once you want the campaign to do real work. The campaign itself is inside every tier rather than an extra; at the top tier we suggest £1,000 a month or more, scoped with you.

Why the two numbers are quoted apart

How long am I tied in?

Plans renew monthly across this business, and social media is no different. There is no minimum term, no notice period and nothing to sign. A month you have paid for is delivered in full, and a month you have not is simply never started, so the most you are ever committed to is the month you are in. Tell us and there is no further invoice.

What this usually sits next to

Most engagements here turn out to be more than one of the six. These are the three that come up alongside this one most often, and why.

  • Brand design & strategy

Consistency is what makes a feed recognisable, and that is a question about the brand, not the posts.

  • Web design & development

Social sends people somewhere, and where it sends them decides whether the traffic was worth anything.

  • PPC advertising

Paid social and Google Ads answer different moments: one interrupts, the other is asked for.

  • Or take it as one plan

This is one of six services, and most months it is not the only one running. Our digital marketing plans bundle the matching tier of each, at 16% under buying them apart, on the same no-notice terms.

What happens next

  1. You send the form. Within one working day a written reply arrives, from a person.

  2. A short audit follows, in plain English, with the price of fixing what it finds.

  3. If it reads right, work starts inside a week. If not, keep the audit.

My name is and I need help with . You can reach me on . I found you through .

Replies within one working day.
