Free, and we mean free.
Digital help for charities, nonprofits and community projects. Everything on the two lists below costs nothing: no invoice, nothing to sign, just help to raise funds, recruit volunteers and carry your mission further. If what you need turns out to be bigger than the lists, it does not jump to full price either.

Two lists, so you only read the one that is yours.
The offer started as something we wrote for Waltham Forest and Redbridge, where we live. It is open wider than that now: if you run a small charity, a nonprofit or a community project anywhere, write to us and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
Registered charities and nonprofits
Registered with the Charity Commission, and either based in Waltham Forest or Redbridge, or with a trustee or director living in one of the two boroughs.
- Brand guidelines and a design system
- A search and AI visibility check
- Basic search work: research and on-page
- The Google Ad Grant, applied for and run for you
- App prototype development
- AI agents and automations, set up and explained
- Digital advice, whenever you want it
Smaller community projects
Unregistered community projects, nonprofits and smaller registered charities. No minimum size and no threshold to meet.
- Logo design
- Brand guidelines and a design system
- A landing page, built and hosted
- Digital set-up: email, social profiles and accounts
- The Google Ad Grant, applied for and run for you
- A search and AI visibility check
- Basic search work: research and on-page
- AI agents, set up and explained
Community interest companies sit somewhere in between, and you are welcome here. We will do the brand work at no cost, the same as anyone else on this page: a logo, brand guidelines and a design system. What we cannot do for free is the ongoing side of it, because a CIC can trade and pay salaries. The site, the search work and the Google Ad Grant run month after month, and those sit with our ordinary plans instead. Ask anyway if you are not sure which you are.
If it grows past the lists
The bigger version is half price, not full price.
Two things come up often enough that it is fairer to publish them than to make you ask. Neither is on the free lists above, and neither is charged at what anyone else would pay.
Running the Google Ad Grant
Applying is free, and it stays free while the account is small: one or two campaigns is something we simply keep an eye on. A grant that grows past that is genuine monthly work, because Google will switch a neglected one off, and at that point it is half our usual Google Ads fee.
We can also run advertising the grant does not reach: other platforms, and the parts of Google Ads it does not cover. That comes out of a paid ad budget rather than the grant, and the ad spend is always paid straight to the platform, never through us.
A site bigger than a landing page
A landing page is free and it is on the list above. A brochure site, with a blog, a few posts and the legal pages behind it, is half our usual rate. Something genuinely large is half our ecommerce rate, with moving your existing site across included rather than added on afterwards.
Past that we price it with you. Size is the only thing that decides it, so we would rather look at what you actually need than sell you the tier nearest to it.
In plain English
Four things we will not make you pretend to understand.
- SEO
- Getting found on Google without paying for adverts.
- AI search
- Answers from tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI summaries. People look for charities there now too.
- The Google Ad Grant
- Free advertising money from Google, up to £7,500 a month of ad spend. Google decides who qualifies, and we check before we apply.
- An AI agent
- Software that does a repeated job for you, like sorting enquiries or drafting replies.
A visibility check, free
Where your site and your profiles stand today, what is holding them back, and what would move first. In writing, within a working day. Nothing follows it that you have to pay for.
How to start
Use the form at the top, or email or call, and tell us who you are and what you are trying to do. That is the whole process.
We are a small team in Walthamstow, so we take on what we can do properly. If we cannot help, we will tell you, and we will try to say who might.

Straight answers
What is the catch?
There is not one, and we understand why you are asking. The work listed above is genuinely free: no invoice, no contract, no minimum term and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. We are a small studio in Walthamstow and this is the part of the year's work we do for the borough rather than for a fee. If a project grows past what we can give freely we will say so before it does, not after, and what is on the other side of that line is half price rather than full price. You are also free to stop there and keep what has been done.
Do we have to be a registered charity?
No. The larger list is for organisations registered with the Charity Commission, but the second list has no threshold at all: unregistered community projects, small nonprofits and smaller registered charities are all welcome, whatever size you are. Community interest companies are the one part-exception: the brand work is free for you too, but the ongoing work is not, because a CIC can trade and pay salaries.
We are outside Waltham Forest and Redbridge. Is it still open to us?
Write to us. The published offer names those two boroughs because that is where we are and where we can turn up in person, and the larger list keeps that condition. Beyond it, we would rather hear from you and give an honest answer than have you assume the door is shut. Plenty of what is listed above does not depend on us being nearby at all.
What is the Google Ad Grant, and will we get it?
It is free Google advertising for eligible nonprofits, worth up to £7,500 a month in ad spend. Google decides who qualifies, not us, so nobody can promise it. What we can do is check your eligibility before anything is submitted, make the application, and then run the account afterwards, which is the part most grants fail on. Applying is free and on both lists above, and so is running a small account of one or two campaigns. A grant that grows beyond that is half our usual Google Ads fee.
Half of what, exactly?
Half of what the same work costs anyone else, and our prices are published rather than quoted, so you can see the number you are taking half of before you ask us anything. For a site it is half our usual build rate, or half the ecommerce rate if it is large enough to need that, with the migration in rather than on top. For grant management it is half the monthly Google Ads fee. Beyond those we price it with you, because the honest answer depends on size and we would rather ask than guess.
How long does any of this take?
It depends what you need and what else is on. A visibility check is days. A logo and a set of brand guidelines is a couple of weeks. A landing page, built and hosted, is usually two to three. We will give you a real date when we know what we are doing, and we would rather tell you we are full than take something on and sit on it.
