Cookie policy

Short, because there is not much to say. Nothing that measures or advertises runs here until you press the button that says it can, and pressing the other one is the same amount of effort.
What runs before you choose
Nothing that watches you. The pages here are static files, and until you answer the question at the bottom of the screen there is no analytics and no advertising technology running at all.
Your browser may store a small amount of ordinary technical state to make the site work properly, such as remembering whether you prefer a light or dark appearance and whether you have asked your device to reduce motion. That stays on your own device and is never sent anywhere. Your answer to the cookie question is kept the same way, on your device, so we do not have to ask again.
What runs if you say yes
Three things, all of them ordinary and all of them measurement rather than anything clever. Google Analytics tells us which pages people read and roughly where in the country they are. Google Tag Manager is the container the others sit inside and does no measuring of its own. The Meta Pixel lets us see whether an advert on Facebook or Instagram led to an enquiry, and lets us show adverts to people who have been here before.
That last one is the one worth being plain about: it is advertising technology, it sets cookies, and it does follow you to other websites within Meta's own advertising system. We use it because we run paid social for clients and it would be strange to sell something we would not use ourselves. We do not sell or share anything about your visit with data brokers, and we have not embedded a chat widget, a heatmap recorder or a session replay tool.
If you would rather have none of it
Press no. Nothing loads, and that is the end of it. There is no follow-up, no second banner and no reduced version of the site: everything works exactly the same either way.
If you said yes and have changed your mind, clear this site's data in your browser's privacy settings and you will be asked again from scratch. Every browser also lets you block cookies outright, which will not break anything here. If you would like to know more about what is stored when you visit, write to us and we will tell you precisely. What we hold and your rights over it are set out in the privacy policy.
