Why small businesses stay

Four reasons clients give, and none of them is a discount.

Everything is published

Prices, process, what a month contains. An internet marketing service that quotes only after a discovery call is quoting what the call suggested you could pay.

Plain English, always

Every plan reads in five minutes. Jargon is defined the first time it appears, and where a thing cannot honestly be measured we say so.

Local means local

The studio is in Walthamstow and local knowledge is worth something real when the buyer is local too. London is where we are, not what we sell.

Senior work only

The person who scopes the work does the work. You will not meet a different face in month two.

One month at a time

Plans renew monthly and leaving takes an email. A relationship that only works while the invoice grows is a subscription with a sales team attached.

What clients say when asked

I have personally seen results with the work.
Varun S. · Google review
I haven't found any that can truly walk the walk and deliver real results like (pomegranate).
Sunny D. · Google review
I recently started with (pomegranate), SEO marketing for my small Google business. They have helped me a lot: very helpful, professional, good communication skills and polite.
Luan T. · Google review
Working with (pomegranate) was amazing, not just because of the quality of work but because they genuinely cared about what they were doing and how they could help us.

The prices

What it costs

One figure for the month, SEO and social together, about 16% under buying them apart. Ad spend is separate and always yours, paid direct to the platform and never a percentage: £250 a month is the floor a campaign will run on at all, £500 a month or more is what we suggest because that is where it starts performing, and £1,000 at Harvest.

Could you hire someone, or outsource it?

A hire costs a salary before pension, software and cover. An outsourced freelancer is cheaper by the hour, and the brief, the judgement and the joining up all stay with you. A plan is one figure, and everything on it comes included.

A junior marketing hire

£30,201

  • Salary, before everything below it
  • Pension on top, about £719 a year at the statutory minimum
  • One skill set, learning on your time
  • Holiday, sickness and notice periods
  • Recruitment fees and ramp-up time

Average UK marketing executive salary, from 6,200 reported salaries. Indeed, August 2026. Pension at the statutory 3% employer minimum on qualifying earnings, The Pensions Regulator, 2026 to 2027.

An outsourced freelancer

$15 to $45 an hour

about £11 to £33 an hour in sterling

  • Genuinely cheaper by the hour
  • You write the brief, and you check the work
  • One task at a time, in one discipline
  • A different time zone, and no cover if they move on

Typical hourly range for digital marketers on Upwork, from historical contracts worldwide. Upwork, checked August 2026. Converted at $1.3466 to £1, the Bank of England spot rate for 6 August 2026. A rate that moves is part of what a dollar-priced hour costs a UK buyer.

A pomegranate plan

from £575 /month

Plus ad budgets, always separate and always yours, paid direct to the platform: £250/mo is the floor a campaign runs on, £500/mo or more is what we suggest, £1,000/mo at Harvest.

A written audit, free

Where you stand, what is holding you back, and what a sensible month of work looks like. In writing, within a working day, and no call required.

The process

How a digital agency London does the lot

  1. The research

    First

Your market, your buyers and their words, written down before anything is made.

  2. The brand

    Then

Voice, look and positioning nailed down once, so everything after says the same thing.

  3. The website

    Then

Built new or optimised as it stands, ready to earn the traffic before we buy any.

  4. The ads

    Then

Campaigns go live and get tweaked weekly or monthly, depending on how big they run.

  5. The organic

    Ongoing

SEO or AI search plus social content marketing. Weekly check-ins as standard, audits monthly.

Straight answers

Still not answered? There is a person at the other end

How long does SEO actually take?

Three to nine months before organic results are fair to judge, and how competitive your market is decides where in that range you land. Technical fixes move sooner. Every SEO plan also runs a Google Ads campaign from week one, so there is a route to enquiries while the slower work compounds.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every plan renews one month at a time and the exit is an email. There is no notice period to serve and no minimum term to sit out. A month you have paid for is delivered in full; a month you have not is simply never started. Nothing is signed, nothing rolls over against your will, and that holds at any point on any plan.

I have been burned before. Why would this be different?

Because you can check it before you spend. The prices are published, the process is published, and what a month actually contains is published too. The plan is written before work starts, the audit costs nothing, and every plan reads in five minutes because jargon is defined the first time it appears. Where something cannot honestly be measured we say so, and leaving takes an email.

Do I need to worry about AI search?

Increasingly, yes, which is why GEO (AI search) exists as its own plan rather than a line inside a search one. It is stackable and separately priced, so you can decide rather than have it bundled in. Every plan on this page prints its own with-GEO figure, so the cost of adding it is visible before you ask. If you would rather leave it for now, nothing else changes.

Do I need someone separate for coverage and links?

Not usually. Earning coverage and links sits inside the search work at the deeper tiers, run off the same research, so it is one plan rather than a second retainer with its own account manager. At the top tier it is a content and digital PR programme rather than an add-on, and the person who scopes it is the person who does it. It sits inside the published monthly figure rather than a second invoice.

Who actually does the work?

The person who scopes it. Work is not passed to a junior after the sale, and you will not meet a different face in month two. This is a small studio rather than an agency with an account layer: where a job genuinely needs a specialist, one is brought in by name and you are told at the time. Senior work is the only kind sold here.

How much of what I pay is your fee and how much is ad spend?

They are separate lines and always will be. The ad budget is paid direct to Google or the platform on your own card rather than through us, so nothing is taken as a percentage of your spend and we never invoice you for it. There are two figures and they are different kinds of figure: £250 a month is the floor, the least a campaign will run on at all, and £500 a month or more is what we suggest across your campaigns, because that is where a campaign starts doing real work rather than merely existing. At Harvest we suggest £1,000. The fee is the figure printed on the plan.

What happens next

  1. You send the form. Within one working day a written reply arrives, from a person.

  2. A short audit follows, in plain English, with the price of fixing what it finds.

  3. If it reads right, work starts inside a week. If not, keep the audit.
