Norma came to us on an old Weebly site she could no longer get into, which is a frustrating place to be when the website has your name on it. Access was recovered, along with the domain, on 13 January 2025.
The identity came first, because everything after it needs something to be built out of: the logo, the brand palette and the tone of voice were all designed here. Then the move to Squarespace, the blog programme, and custom schema markup written across the whole site by hand, back when that was the only way to do it. Eleven of those questions are still answering on the site today.
One thing shaped everything else: Norma was not allowed a Google Business Profile, and we have never been able to verify any Google Business Profile or Google Maps listing for the practice. So there is no local pack behind any of this. Every click below was won in organic search, without the map result that most local businesses lean on hardest.

The figures
| Calendar month | Clicks | Impressions |
|---|---|---|
| May 2025 | 102 | ~10,400 |
| Jun 2025 | 290 | ~38,200 |
| Jul 2025 | 408 | ~88,100 |
| Aug 2025 | 435 | ~89,200 |
| Sep 2025 | 486 | ~84,800 |
Clicks exact, impressions rounded. 102 to 486 across five months, organic search alone, with no Google Business Profile behind it.
What it means
Fivefold growth in five months, from writing that answered the questions people ask before they book a treatment they have never had. Shiatsu is unfamiliar enough that most of the searching happens before anyone is ready to pick a practitioner, and that is where the ground was won.

You send the form. Within one working day a written reply arrives, from a person.
A short audit follows, in plain English, with the price of fixing what it finds.
If it reads right, work starts inside a week. If not, keep the audit.
