A food bank in E4, running its referrals and its session registers on spreadsheets.
We built the website in May 2025, with the on-page search work inside the build as it is on every site we make, and about a year later we made the software that replaced those spreadsheets. Neither was invoiced. It is round the corner from us and it is work worth doing.

Spreadsheets replaced without the service going dark
Sessions and referrals are now handled in software rather than in spreadsheets that could corrupt. The changeover ran in parallel with the old system, because a live service cannot stop while it changes over.
