Let's talk.
Placeholder standfirst. Always open to new projects and plain questions; fill the form or reach out directly, and a person replies within one working day.
Before you ask
How quickly will somebody reply?
Within one working day, in writing, from a person rather than an autoresponder. If your message arrives on a Friday evening you will hear back on Monday. The reply is a real answer to what you asked rather than a request to book a call, and if the honest answer is that we are not the right people for it, that is what you will get and it will come just as quickly.
Do I have to get on a call?
Never, if you would rather not. Plenty of engagements here run entirely in writing from first enquiry to finished work, and some clients prefer it that way because a written plan can be reread and a call cannot. If you would like to talk, we are happy to, and the number is on this page. It is your choice and there is no stage where a call becomes compulsory.
What actually arrives with the free audit?
A written assessment of where you stand: what is working, what is holding the site back, what we would do about it and what fixing it would cost. It is read and written by a person rather than generated by a tool, so it takes a few days rather than a few seconds. It is free whether or not you go ahead, and there is no obligation and no follow-up sequence.
What is useful to include in the message?
Your website address is the single most useful thing, because almost everything else can be worked out from it. Beyond that: what prompted you to get in touch now, roughly what you were thinking of spending, and anything that has already been tried and did not work. None of it is required. A single sentence and a link is a perfectly good enquiry.
